[boost] [iostreams-1.33] bzip2.jam display message

There's a minor problem in libs/iostreams/build/bzip2.jam. There's no semicolon at the end of line 24, which causes the message to be displayed not quite right, when running bjam to build Boost. If this was already reported, then I apologize. Searching the archives revealed nothing. I guess I'm the only one who reads the messages at the beggining of the build ;-) Yuval
