[boost] new operator traits: how to merge to the trunk?

Dear developpers, I am working on answering all comments of the review concerning the addition of operator traits. When this is finished, what will be the process to include the extension to the trunk? Is it something I will have to do my-self? If so, what is the way to do it? Thanks in advance, Frédéric
