Re: [boost] [1.33] type traits VC8 fixes and the release schedule

Some positive feedback: I tried the changes out on a whole bunch of platforms (http://cci.lbl.gov/cctbx_build/show_results.cgi?build_tag=2005_05_08_0558) and the CVS from about 24 hours ago works flawlessly everywhere.

I am mainly testing Boost.Python compilation.
