Built without errors, with a few warnings on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, with gcc 4.5.1
On Vista 32-bit: builds ok with msvc-9.0 (Visual Studio 2008) and builds with few errors in Boost.Thread with cygwin + gcc 4.5.1, although this may be due to some local misconfiguration.
