I've just been looking at the latest 1.43 and noticed the same issue with the redefinition of INT*_C macros as 1.42, yet the fix was committed to the trunk 3 months ago: https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/changeset/59430/trunk/boost/cstdint.hpp Any ideas why this didn't make the 1.43 release?
