I think that optional_test_ref_fail2 has been removed from the list of tests, so these two can be ignored.
Or better, make the test suite ignore them. Fernando claimed to have fixed the optional_test failure, and to have removed the optional_test_ref_fail2 test completely a few *weeks* ago, but still they show up. How can that be? Something is fishy here... Was he wrong?
