The easiest way is to: cd %BOOST_ROOT%\tools svn co https://svn.boost.org/svn/boost/sandbox/tools/profile_templates set BOOST_BUILD_PATH=%BOOST_ROOT%\tools\build\v2;%BOOST_ROOT%\tools\profile_templates Then you can use the template profiler as described in the docs.
