[boost] Is more/getting_started.rst obsolete?

I'm putting some final touches on the docs and web site for release and I was rebuilding the getting started docs. But I'm confused... There's a more/getting_started.rst which one would think corresponds to more/getting_started.html. But currently more/getting_started.html is a redirect to more/getting_started/index.html, and rebuilding from the more/getting_started.rst obliterates the redirect with a bunch of content.
