[boost] Boost Vault Download figures?

Hi, Yesterday the download figures for Boost Vault/Physical Quantities Units/pqs_3_1_1.zip stood at about 280 or so. Today they stand at 4. (and BTW a larger margin for the release notes). Something similar seems to have happened to Asger Mangaards pimpl_ptr library where the number of downloads seems to have gone from 1500(?) or so to 2. No other libraries in the Vault seem to have been so affected. It means that the downloads figures, which must help potential users to gauge popularity, health, performance etc of libraries in the Vault, ( and for which there is even a league table), gives an entirely false impression.
