If Lucanus Simonson wants to include your code in Boost.Polygon library, no review is needed. If you want this to be an independent library, a review is needed. If you want a review even though it's not needed... I guess that's up to the review wizards.

Personally I would like the Voronoi functionality to be included into the Boost.Polygon library. I would also like to have at least informal review if it's possible.

Anyway, it'll be great to have this in Boost.
