It didn't make it into 1.33.0 due to many review findings that had to be taken care of. Most of the important stuff is done now (and released here: http://boost-sandbox.sf.net/Statechart.zip). I'll fix another QOI issue (mainly performance and code-size) before addition to the main CVS. Unfortunately, my spare time is very limited for the next 2-3 months, so I guess that won't happen before December :(...
