There are a lot fewer files than in earlier versions, is this intentional?
Yes, I've done a little cleanup and grouped closely related code together, so now the header files should be arranged in a more logical way, at least in my view. ;-) Anyway, this is rather a detail and it's best to #include <boost/constrained_value.hpp> - it'll get you all the files.
