A belated "thank you" to Juergen Hunold and Oliver Kowalke for their help in solving the problem. Indeed, when "address-model=32" was added to the command line it solved the problem and enabled me to build all the Windows Phone ARM libraries in one fell swoop. Thanks very much, Moshe
