[boost] [multiarray] please review patch for ticket #1045; adds member swap

Any MultiArray maintainers out there? I've prepared a patch to add swap for multi_array_ref and multi_array. This is a longstanding feature request (https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/1045). The patch is attached to the ticket. If possible, I'd like to get the patch reviewed, revised as necessary, and included in 1.42. Thank you for your time, Rhys
