What I'm proposing is a simple vote to change the existing "policy" to "Code of Conduct" simply so we can check a box.
I think the box is already checked, since there is an existing policy. And I agree that we could make it more visible, especially at the moment when someone signs up for the list. The design of this signup page is from 1999: https://lists.boost.org/mailman/listinfo.cgi/boost Perhaps there could be an official mailing list post, coinciding with the release (maybe even incorporated into the release post) which reminds subscribers with a link to the policy and maybe some reporting on forum activity such as the number of new posts, number of new subscribers, etc... since the previous release. For reference, the C++ Alliance intentionally avoids using the term "Code of Conduct" as it has unfortunate political overtones, intended or otherwise.
