[boost] [mpl][patch] begin fails to compile with integral constant, safe to apply to RC?

Hi, It's a few months since I applied that patch to the HEAD and I haven't seen it cause any regressions. Dave asked me to apply it to the RC as well, but there has been comparatively little testing on the HEAD so I wonder whether it's safe to apply it to the RC now. Did anyone encounter any problems in this area? If there are no objections I'll apply the patch within the next couple of days. Regards, Tobias
