[boost] [multi_index][rfc] hashed indices, new implementation

Just a quick note to announce, for those whoe are interested in hashed indices, that I've uploaded a new implementation on the Sandbox Files arena: multi_index_030305_plus_hash_part_1.zip multi_index_030305_plus_hash_part_2.zip whit significantly less space overhead (1 pointer per node + 1 pointer per bucket, just like SGI's implementation.) Code and docs are 100% complete, comments are much appreciated before I commit this stuff to the CVS anytime soon. Thank you, Joaquín M López Muñoz Telefónica, Investigación y Desarrollo
