[boost] [1.38][flyweight] permission request to merge

Hi, Given that some dealy has been incurred with respect to the official Boost 1.38 release roadmap, I don't know if I'm in time to merge the following change in Boost.Flyweight to branches/release (two days in trunk without regressions): https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/changeset/50709 Do I have permission?
