It seems like my own preferences for svn procedures might be a little different than other people's; however, I would be happy to take what I think are the recommendations in this thread and create a wiki page for review. There maybe somebody with development experience within boost that might be better suited but if that person doesn't materialize I am happy to help wherever it makes sense.
