[boost] [Regression Testing][1.33.0] Intel C++ 9.0?

      The following message is a courtesy copy of an article
that has been posted to gmane.comp.lib.boost.testing as well.

Is there a reason why Intel C++ 9.0, being the latest released version
of that compiler, is not on the list of the required toolsets?
