In compiling our application, upgrading from boost_1_44_0 I get conflicts with MacTypes.h define of nil when compiling cons_fwd.hpp from fusion.
Any thoughts?
I wouldn't mind renaming that on the Mac platform. I don't have access to a Mac right now, but if you can prepare a patch, I'll get the changes in.
