[boost] Changes to numeric/ublas/vector.hpp break ublas bindings

Yesterday's change in numeric/ublas/vector.hp in the Boost CVS (making the pointer typedefs private) breaks the ublas LAPACK and BLAS bindings which need access to this type. Is it possible to make these types public again? Matthias
