I couldn't think of a better name, and BOOST_NO_DECLTYPE_ON_FUNCTION_CALL_EXPRESSION_FORCES_TYPE_COMPLETENESS is too long.

How about BOOST_NO_INCOMPLETE_DECLTYPE?
