I understand now. Paul was saying argument deduction must fail and you were saying that it isn't clear that failed deduction is the mandated behavior.
It definitely isn't clearly mandated behavior. My argument is only based on implication from other things that are required and intent when applied to similar cases. Regards, Paul Mensonides
