Compiling Boost.Wave with msvc-8.0 issues lots of Microsoft's "deprecated" warnings.
Please find a patch attached.

Sure, please go ahead. The only reason why I didn't insert these pp constants yet is that I was hoping Boost finds a common solution to this. Regards Hartmut
