[boost] 1.38.0 release done ?

While I'm casually reading this ML, I notice some ongoing discussion concerning the 1.38.0 release. Looking at the boost.org website, I trip over the 1.38.0 release announcement, and I wonder whether I just missed the 1.38.0 announcement here on the list, or whether someone mistakenly announced a release-candidate for a final release.
