John, thanks for this effort and I have a question. Why are the docs for boost::multi_index never built with these PDF builds?
MultiIndex's docs are raw HTML: I have no way to auto magically convert that to PDF, unlike the docs that are authored in quickbook/boostbook/docbook. HTH, John.
