Boost CVS has never had generated HTML in it; we redirect to the MetaComm-generated HTML instead. I've just verified that the Boost 1.33.0 and 1.33.1 tarballs have complete HTML documentation in them.
Strange. On my machine 1.33.0 fails and redirects to MetaComm (the CVS as well). It must be something on my system. /Pavel
