I can't think of one, which makes me think that your argument about physical values is irrelevant, as you'd never use an unsigned *integer* for a physical value.
IMHO we don't need "unsigned_integer" -- what we need is "cardinal" integer (Z) is for calculations cardinal (N) is for counting stuff but let's be happy if integer makes it into TR2, and lets leave everything else for later br, andras
