[boost] [1.37.0][serialization] unreferenced formal parameter warning

Robert, Can this be fixed: \boost_1_37_0\boost/serialization/extended_type_info_typeid.hpp(115) : warning C4100: 'p' : unreferenced formal parameter I'm also having trouble reading portable_binary file generated from boost_1_35_0. I'll try to reproduce with a smaller test case, but if you have any ideas on what to look for I'd appreciated it. Thanks, Jeff
