Actually, I know who the <Blank> tickets belong to - he just hasn't created a trac ID yet, so I can't assign them to him/them. I think that's a short term problem, which will go away pretty quickly.
(And while we are at it, dgregor should probably take over all of doug_gregor's tickets).
