The Open Computer Forensics Architecture Library (OcfaLib) hides a litle piece of template code for loading a class from a dynamically loaded library. Although this code is currently bound to OcfaLib and usage on *NIX systems, I wondered if the concept used would not be extendable to a generically usable library for this purpose.

I wasn't. It seems extensions::shared_library would be quite usefull to build it on top of. I think I should discuss with the author if he feels it would be a good concept to add. I couldn't find any contact info on the author 'Jeremy Pack' in the source tree however. Rob
