btw, my personal git tree of boost contains a mirrored version of the 1.35 release branch with patches for gcc-4.3 ... http://tim.klingt.org/git?p=boost.git

How do I git it? git clone http://tim.klingt.org/git?p=boost.git boost.git Initialized empty Git repository in /usr/local/src/boost.git/.git/ Cannot get remote repository information. Perhaps git-update-server-info needs to be run there?
