Hello, My excuses is this is slightly OT, but I think it touches with issues definitely of the interest of the Boost community. I'd like to send a paper to the C++ committe, a revision of the already sent http://www.open-std.org/JTC1/sc22/wg21/docs/papers/2009/n2820.pdf and would appreciate if some volunteer with interest in and knowledge on the subject matter can review it.
