Thanks - this bug (DevDiv#798789 internally) is suspected to be a dupe of http://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/feedback/details/800200/preprocess... (DevDiv#777751 internally) which was fixed for VC 2013 RTM.

Suspect? It's not like you cannot test it...
It's currently assigned to a tester to verify, since it was reported as "build Boost and it explodes" instead of with a reduced test case. STL
