[boost] GIL - formal review request

We have improved GIL since the last round of reviews. We have cleaned up a bit the locator and image_view concepts to make them more generic and have added some more metafunctions. To demonstrate the flexibility of GIL we have also implemented a virtual image view (the Mandelbrot set) and tested it with existing generic algorithms (see the tutorial). There are further on-going improvements planned to GIL but at this point I would like to request a formal review for the GIL library. http://opensource.adobe.com/gil Thanks, Lubomir
