[boost] HP-UX_pa_risc_aCC failures of Boost Exception

Some of the HP-UX_pa_risc_aCC tests of Boost Exception fail with exit status 132 (signal 4, illegal instruction), for example http://tinyurl.com/49eh7d (this isn't a global HP-UX issue, as the tests pass on other HP-UX systems.)
