[boost] [iostreams][vc8] a warning in file_descriptor.cpp

Hi. Compiling Boost with VC8 emits this warning: boost_1_33_1\libs\iostreams\build\..\src\file_descriptor.cpp(198) : warning C4293: '<<' : shift count negative or too big, undefined behavior I have no idea if this indicates a real bug or not. FYI. Yuval
