I have read the Release notes. I wanted to confirm a few things with respect to Boost 1.47.0 :
1. Is RHEL 5.5 supported? 2. Is there a 64-bit support?
Please have a look here: http://www.boost.org/development/tests/release/developer/summary.html It lists all unit tests for different compilers/platforms. Search for the compiler shipped with RHEL 5.5 and see whether the specific library you want to use is passing the tests.
