Unless a major issue surfaces this will ship as 1.34.1 on July 13th.

The 'project-root.jam' file was missing, so I had to copy it from the 1.34.0 release.

Or is this not included in this "small" release, which didn't have the tools dir or anything.

Are you sure? At least in tar.gz format, both project-root.jam and the 'tools' directory are present.
