great, thanks :) I'm almost convinced. Unfortunately I also need to find some hosting. I want to switch away from berlios.de due to frequent downtime there.
I guess that sf.net (or others like launchpad.net) do not offer trac. So an own/customized server seems to be the only option...
I use http://www.assembla.com/ for some small personal projects just to keep them accessible from other places and backed up incase of hardware failure... not too sure how good it is compared to other places I just happened upon it one day a while back and it works for me. It has trac and svn hosting and is very quick to set up. - Michael Marcin
