Re: [boost] [Review Request] Inclusion of the Boost.Polygon Voronoi Library

I just committed following major updates to the code and documentation: 1) Integrated library with the Boost.Polygon concepts via voronoi.hpp header routines. 2) The library is still self-contained (except voronoi.hpp header) and could be used to construct Voronoi diagram using new Voronoi builder API without any dependencies on MPL. 3) Updated documentation for the following pages: Voronoi main, Voronoi builder, Voronoi basic tutorial.
