I just changed the link colors to their websafe versions. I can't see any difference on my browser, but it may make things more consistent across different browsers/OS's. It could be that you've been seeing different colors. Hopefully this will fix that.
I've just checked the site. I cannot see any difference between visited and unvisited links now (unless visited links are supposed to be paler).
