No, the Fusion documentation doesn't do that. The long document is not checked into subversion.
To me this suggests that we sould re-visit the "merge to release" concept. SVN does a "merge". What we really want is a "copy" to relese.
That would make it difficult to make a simple fix (e.g.a link, an incorrect use of constexpr) when a library is being developed in other ways.
