Gccxml does not seem to be able to handle the boost/mpl/and.hpp file. I have the most recent gccxml (retrieved the source tree and built it) and 1.34.1 boost.
Somebody was kind enough to submit a patch for this (http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/907), and I applied it to the trunk a while ago. The fix will make it into 1.35 release, meanwhile you can safely apply the patch to 1.34.1 sources locally. HTH, -- Aleksey Gurtovoy MetaCommunications Engineering
