[boost] Patch for mingw-tools.jam

Hello I'm attaching the patch for mingw-tools.jam. With current version bjam produces code like: g++ ... -L"" first.obj second.obj etc. and linker ends with "undefined reference to `WinMain@16'" message. -- Regards, Janusz
