Since this is a part of GSoC 2011, is there a specific place where i need to submit my proposal or i need to submit it to the mentoring organization.
Hi, I think that you must use the GSoC interface (http://code.google.com/intl/fr/soc/) and add your proposal associating it to Boost. You can always post here whatever you think could give us an idea of your project. Andrew, could you give more information? Best, Vicente
