Kind of. The main question I'm asking is when I need to get irritated when a library does cmake_minimum_required(3.51) and breaks the entire Boost build as a result. But a higher minimum version also allows me to skip coding workarounds, which is good. The main significance of "Boost minimum version" is that we'll be testing it. Everyone will of course be free to do whatever in their CMakeLists, as any enforcement is virtually impossible.
