Was there ever a discussion about creating a process for removal of unmaintained libraries? If not, I think there should be.

It does come up every now and again, so far as I know the only thing we have ever managed to remove was TR1 - and only because the author (that would be me) actively pushed for it ;) We should learn to be more ruthless on that front IMO. John.
