[boost] Contributing to Boost as a part of GSoC 2014

Hi All, My name is Kamal Gurala, I am currently pursuing a B.tech in CSE from IIIT-Hyderabad ( India ). I have a good knowledge of C++, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
